Clean barely used Dodge Shadow with handicapped scooter lift

1994 Dodge Shadow 4 door

This is a lightly used older vehicle I am selling for my uncle. He is 86 and can no longer drive safely, so there is no reason to hold onto it.
BODY: The car has been garaged for the whole time he owned it, so there is no sun damage to the paint at all. However in the last few years of his driving he had several encounters with fixed objects resulting in numerous scrapes and smudges to the bumper, lower body, wheel covers, etc. They should be clear in the photos I posted, but if anything isn't clear please let me know and I will take more. But there is nothing grossly deformed anywhere.
INTERIOR: This is extremely clean. See pics.
MECHANICAL: His pink slip says themileage in 1994 when he bought it was 14679. Currently mileage in 2016 is 29784, which means he put a little over 15,000 miles on it in 22 years, less than a thousand a year. This is consistent with my knowledge of him rarely driving, particularly in the last few years when I actually drove him places in his car. I have been taking it for short spins at least once a month to keep things in order. The car run perfectly for its age. I took it to an oil changer place to have the fluids checked and they said there was no need to change the oil or anything because all the fluids are clean, even though they were last changed in late 2013. We did put in a new battery a few years ago, but I don't remember how many.
PROBLEMS: The only problems I know of are listed above, e.g. a bulb needs replaced and the lift supports that hold up the hatchback no longer do so, so they need to be replaced. I have purchased what the auto parts store tells me are the correct replacement parts and I am including them with the car so you can do it. There are AC controls on the dash but there is no AC. He says he cannot remember whether he bought that option. If he did, the refrigerant probably needs to be replaced because the fan only blows air, it doesn't chill it.
BONUSES: Aside from being in great shape for its age (the guy at the oil change place said he had never seen such a clean engine on a used car), it has a power lift for a three-wheel scooter (Liberty, etc.). The lift is air-charged and key-secured. It works fine, though it does have a couple of dents from his last year of driving (see above). The air in the lift needs to be refilled every so often, which you can do at a gas station because it takes the same nozzle as filling air in car tires. The air refill is done inside the gas flap. Note that the three wheel scooter is not included in this sale, he is keeping that.

If you live in California, please note that there are disabled plates on the vehicle which will have to be swapped for normal license plates when you regiseter it, unless you also have the legal right to disabled plates. That's between you and the DMV to settle.
