1967 Dodge Coronet

FOR SALE - Scarce 1967 Dodge Coronet R/T 2 Door Hardtop. This was the top of the line Dodge in 1967, offering the best in performance, handling, and luxury. This is a VERY solid car that the previous owner began to restore and did not have time to finish. It has always been garaged. Aside from a couple small bubbles near the front corner of the doors and rear corner of the frontright fender this car is RUST FREE. Excellent original rockers, doors, solid original floors front & back, excellent original trunk, and clean frame & body mounts. We believe that much of the paint, if not all,is original. The paint is OK for a driver but does have imperfections. There is also one slight vertical dent in the driver's door which should come out fairly easily. Original black vinyl top has small rips and tears along the top but there are no signs of rust in the roof. Glass is all original and in great shape with the exception of one very small chip in the windshield. All original interior. Driver's seat has rips while the passenger's and rear seats have only a couple small tears. Door panels and trim are all very nice. As previously stated the floors are RUST FREE. The original engine was replaced with a fresh, good running 383. The engine is mostly plumbed and ready to fire up (headers and exhaust were never installed). Original 727 Torqueflite auto. The front suspension was completely rebuilt and updated with a heavy duty sway bar and disc brakes. We do have most of the original components that were removed from the car, as well as new exhaust. The previous owner bought a complete set of Cragar wheels for the car however the rears turned out to be too wide and were never installed. They are included, along with variousnew and originalparts as well as the original front & rear bumpers, grille, and hood latch/radiator support. Original vin tag and fender tag. This is the kind of car that has potential to bequite valuable when restored since it has never been rusted out or damaged. This is a VERY solid car inside and out. Connecticut does not require a title and subsequently the original title has been lost or discarded. There is NO title, car is sold on a Connecticut bill of sale only. If your state requires a title there are several classic car titling companies that will issue a new title for a reasonable fee. Car is located in East Haddam, CT.
