Description:
1950 Dodge Power Wagon
I have had this truck about five years. When I got it to make it a good running truck I replaced with new parts the fallowing.- brake lines andcylinders- thedrumswere in good condition and just cleaned- wheel seals, pinion seals, carrior bearings, and new 4.88 ratio ring and pinion gears, frontmanuallocking hubs. fuel tank, fuel pump, fuel lines, andcarburetor. Newwindshields, tie rod ends, king pin bearings, rear spring bushings and pins - the front were in good condition - and winch cable. It now has power steering via a ford 3/4 ton steering box, and power breaks, Auto Meter gauges, GM 12 volt alternator, and all new 12 volt lights including the flat bed corner lights.I put new tires on it last year.I have not done anything to the T-case,transition, or engine other than change the oil and plugs, wire and coil. The truck runs well with no mechanicalissues. I have towed my 8000 lb tractor with it and hauled over a ton in it with no problems other than being a bit slow, at 66 years old it has a right to be a bit slow. The originalgaugeshad not worked for some time so the actualmileageis lost. One of the bed plankswarpe, the windows need some help to role up and down and the door latches can betemperamental. Thewindshieldwipers arevacuumand dont work, I have the wiper arms and visors that go with the truck.I can drive the truck to a drop off location hear in the Albuquerque N.M. area. Shipping and its costis the buyersresponsibility. It is not in the way hear and it can stay hear afewweeks ifnecessary.Vehicle Details:
