This particular truck was most likely a dealer demonstrator, meaning it was loaded with every option dodge would offer on a truck. THIS INCLUDES A HIGH INTENSITY COLOR COMBO..beautiful factory valley green /Mojave beige two tone paint..screams ART DECO!!! And was the original color on this truck.You may have seen LESSER sweptsides cross the auction block on tv.... But they would be missing options this one has...these options will split the high dollar trucks from the average ones.
315 Hemi, power steering, power brakes, push button auto, front bumper gaurds, model 700 roof mount radio, aux option control panel, wrap around rear window.
Many sweptsides were made with some or all of these options deleted!!!
1958 is arguably dodges finest moment in truck design. They got everything right in 58.
Only enough miles were put on the truck to dial it in after resto.Currently it's about 60+ miles on restoration. It is trailered to shows or photo events.
