1968 Dodge Coronet

This is a real deal car and not a clone. One of 1983 4 speed cars made in 1968.
Has a correct date coded 440 cubic inch HP engine and 18 spline 4 speed transmission with 11" clutch.
The transmission has a been rebuilt.
The car came off the assembly line with all the Hemi option torque boxes installed
Dana 60 rear axle with original 3:54 ring and pinon.
The motor has been bored .040" over, flat top pistons and zero decked.
1967 915 closed chamber heads with over sized valves, hardened seats and decked to 77cc chamber size.
CAT 1.6 aluminum roller rocker arms
Forged crankshaft turned 10/10
Stock rods, sized and balanced
Rotating assembly balanced.
Comp Cams XE285HL cam: Duration @ .050 = 241/247 Lift with 1.6 roller rockers = .582" LSA = 110
Edelbrock 440 Performer dual plane manifold
Holley 870 Street Avenger
MSD 6AL ignition with MSD Blaster Coil
Headman 78036 headers
2 1/2" exhaust
Hush Thrush Turbo mufflers
New seat foam and covers on bucket seats. Original rear bench seat.
New carpet, headliner, dash pad and door panels.
Gauges restored, clock updated to quartz.
New door seals, window seals and weatherstripping.
All original glass except windshield.
Rear quarters, trunk pan, extensions, and rear window corners have been replaced. All remaining sheet metal is rust free original.
All new front end components, polygraphite bushings installed, new rear leaf springs, new brake shoes front and rear.
Car has the police brake package with 11" brakes and are manual adjustment only.
New Magnum 500 wheels and Mickey Thompson tires.
Things that need attention:
The power steering pump has a leak in it.
The console top is from a 1969 car thus the wood grain and will need to be replaced to be correct.
The steering wheel is original with some cracks repaired and the dipped to produce the wood grain affect. Will need to be restored properly to make correct.
The car needs correct exhaust tips and hangers installed.
The AM radio doesn't work.
The RAM 11" clutch assembly cannot hold up to the horsepower of this engine. Runs and drives fine but slips when doing a hole shot.
Car has less than 500 miles on it since reassembly. It is not perfect but very, very nice.
I have tried to be very honest on the condition so no surprises.
