1954 Desoto Firedome Sportsman coupe
Original car never was restored very straight body with one older repaint. Paint is mostly dull but no evidence of filler. Solid frame, floors, trunk, quarters, only inner rockers were redone some while ago.
Interior is original two tone leather and cloth. Front seat bottom was covered. Trunk and interior carpet was removed. Wool headliner is there but stained.
Engine has good oil pressure and sounds good. Carburetor will need work, it back fires at higher rpm and seems to stall out easily. PowerFlite Transmission shifts in all gears and operational. It has brakes but will need work seems to pull to the right once applied. It is 6 volt system generator will need to be rebuilt it charges low all gauges and lights seems to be working.
