This is a highly collectable Rust Free Documented Low Mile Low Vin 260Z in excellent condition all around!! This original west coast car has been loved and maintained by one long term female owner and it shows!! Z car is completely unmolested from new. COMPLETE documentation and service records from new certifies the original miles. It retains its unmodified matching numbers drivetrain with up-graded carbs (I have the complete 260 flat top carb set up to go with the car). I have a transmission and parts to convert this to stick shift if desired. Very desirable green on tan color combo... she's a looker AND a runner! This little Z would be an awesome weekend cruiser, daily driver, or addition to any collection.
The body is rust free with no collision damage that I can see. Excellent driver quality Re-Paint in correct Datsun metallic green presents beautifully with only the most minor blemishes... Frame, floors, and chassis are solid. Doors close tight and gaps are beautiful. Period correct slotted mag rims with nice tires... I have original steel wheels with hub caps if preferred. Get's tons of looks and compliments everywhere we roll.
The interior is fabulous as well... panels, carpet, and seats all look great... I assume dash is cracked under the full face molded cover. Gauges, lights, and electronics all work properly except the clock of course. Original Am/fm from the factory and cold AC!!
Original L26 motor starts idles and runs fantastic... earlier model SU carbs in place of the troublesome original flat tops ( I have them to go with the car) are tuned perfectly! The car has great power... Trans shifts smooth and strong through the gears!! Suspension is updated... feels tight and provides excellent ride and brakes stop straight and sure. Strong, powerful, and reliable... freshly serviced and tuned... ready to roll.... definite daily driver capable.
Overall this is a very collectable Classic Z in awesome condition all around. I am a Z collector. This one makes a great investment and/or Awesome Weekend Cruiser, daily driver, or whatever you like. Great for any enthusiast, collector, or anyone looking for a cool and unique Vintage sports car at a great price.
