Description:

1973 Datsun Z-Series

1973 Datsun 240Z, completely refreshed to near new stock condition.
This 1973 Datsun 240Z was found here in Oregon. The car was in great condition as far as the sheet metal goes, I replaced the battery tray area and the driver's side floorboards. The frame rails were in great condition. Therailshad some minor dings and dents in them (mostly from being used for jacking points)so I reinforced themto make them stronger.Other than the sheet metal repair mentioned above, earlier Z front bumper and carbs, the car wascomplete and original. It justneeded some serious TLC.
I am being as open and honest as I can with describing the car. If you have any questions feel free to shoot me an email and I will respond as soon as possible. I reserve the right to cancel the sale for any reason. It is being offered in other venues. We prefer to use an automobile escrow company for the financial transaction. We have found it to be the safest and fairest way for both party's. I will also help coordinate the shipping aspect as much as I can but I have my limits on to many buyers demands.
ENGINE PURRS!!!!
The carhas 80,754 original miles. Due to the condition it was in when I got it Idon’tbelieve it has 180,754. The compression is 150 in all six cylinders. This is an engine matching car.

INTERIOR
The interior is great,it has an uncracked dash, new carpet kit, new synthetic leather seats. All lights and gauges work (Including the clock, Fasten Seat Belts and Choke lights). The glovebox has a new liner as well. The stock radio works perfectly! There is one small tear in the headliner above and to the back of the passenger seat (the size of a quarter). The heater box assembly has been completely rebuilt with new grommets, seals and refurbished heater core along with a newNissanpetcock assembly. It also has the Honda upgrade blower motor installed. It blows hot air just fine!
EXTERIOR
The exterior of the car is in very good condition. While it is a new paintjob it has a few flaws. I have tried to point them out in the pictures but they are hard to see. Feel free to shoot me an email if you have any questions about it. I would rate it a 8 out of 10 (10 high). It also has anewly rechromed front bumper.
ELECTRICAL
Everything in this car works as it should and has no known issues. As mentioned above, it has the headlight harness upgrade relay kit, so no burnt out fuses or melted fuse holder. The fuse holder assembly is in excellent condition and it has anew battery
MISC
