1959 Chrysler Other

We recently bought this charming 1959 Chrysler Windsor from the estate of a collector here in southern Arizona. The previous owner had the car for 33 years and he keptmeticulous records on every penny spent on the Chrysler and there's a thick folder with receipts that will go with the car.I think he mostly drove the car to the service shop and back judging by the mileage statements on the receipts over the years. All in all he only drove the Windsor 15,000-20,000 miles during the 33 years he owned the car.He also owned a black 1959 New Yorker convertible, black Windsor 4dr and a few old British cars.
We bought the 3 1959 Chrysler's and this yellow Windsor is for sale and the black Windsor will probably be for sale soon also.
This car has a really good body with only minor rust in a few spots, ee pictures. The chrome is also good, aint is ok, ot great and not really bad either. The original color seems to have been champagne metallic. He kept his cars in great condition and this Windsor starts and runs great. The transmission shifts great, ll lights, urn signals and brake lights are working as they should. All glass is good, he tires are fine. The heater is disconnected, expect the heater control valve was leaking, n easy and cheap fix. The steering is good and the brakes work great and stop the car with no pull to either side.
The interior is very nice, oor panels are original and 80%, little dry at the bottom, ee pictures and we replaced the cloth on the seats and they are very nice now.The dash pad was redone years ago and it is ok, ot perfect but still ok.I think all gauges work, il pressure, emp, uel level etc are working and also the speedometer. The steering wheel is pretty nice even, are on an Arizona car.The Chrysler is running and driving great and it can be used exactly as it sits now.The car has Power Steering, ower Brakes, actory Air Conditioning (I have not checked if it works), inted glass, ual exterior mirrors and as far as I can tell it has a posi traction rearend (limited slip).
The Chrysler is at our shop in Arizona, eencourageinspection before bidding.
