I am listing my 1962 Chrysler 300 two door sport coupe for sale. A true barn find. VIN 8223165487 It is a 2 door hardtop. Very original car. Has been in dry garge storage for 66 years. I don't know much about its history. Has factory push button transmission. I assume three speed. It does have power steering. The famous Space Age Speedometer Cluster/ & and all the dashboardcomponents, Radio, clock, etc. are in working condition.All original 14 inch rims. (I just put new tires on her to move it) Interior all original cloth seats. door cards, headliner intact. (Driver Seat bottom has a split.
No body rot or major repairs. . The floors are solid as is the trunk. I think the car was factory undercoated when new hence no rust outs. I think it was called a Sports Coupe 300. I have a clear California title. Original Black plate NUK119. It is 100% survivor complete with the original engine and transmission intact. I have not attempted to start it (At this point although I am "tinkering" with it daily so I may get it drivable by auctions end. Also rubber mat in trunk mostly brittle. trunk pan solid, see photo that shows original white paint. The car is a true CALIFORNIA BARN FIND The body panels are in excellent condition I don't think the car was ever hit or dented. Good bumpers. Passenger side tail light is missing at this time. I’m an 83 year old retired Early Ford person so I know nothing about the value of these 300 Chrysler's other than what I see on You Tube.
