You are bidding on an original, loaded 1968 Imperial LeBaron. Odometer show 86,147 actual miles.
The Good: Mostly original paint that is presentable, beautiful original dark green leather interior, shows only minor wear, excellent dashpad, decent original vinyl top, extremely solid, undercarriage is great, body is excellent, shows only minor rust in lower quarters. Accessories include: tilt/telescopic steering, auto pilot, twilight sentinel, auto temp (A/C), rear A/C, AM/FM Stereo 4 speaker, power windows, power locks, power vent windows, 6 way power seats on both sides, power disc brakes.
The Bad: This car has been stored for the past 30 years, not on the road. The original 440 engine is stuck from sitting and will need a rebuild. The fuel tank has been removed, cleaned and reinstalled, but I'm sure the brakes and other mechanicals will need attention.
As stated, the original 440 engine is complete, but does not run, stuck from sitting, will need rebuilt.
This Imperial is a great car, very solid, with a little work would be a great driver without needing a total restoration. I love it, but have too many projects and no time, so I've decided to find it a good home. The car rolls and steers, does not run. I can assist in loading. Clear title.
