All-original unmolested survivor garage find with only 16,000 miles! Garage-kept beauty with super low miles that still has some of the original shipping wrappers on the carpet!
Provenance---was a Christmas gift delivered on Dec 25th, 1989 to the wife of the dealerships owner. Was her personal use vehicle at their vacation home for the next 25 years until she was unable to drive. Always garage kept, never seen ice or snow. Open the door and be overwhelmed with the intoxicating smell of leather--it still has that 'new-car' smell! The seats are Buttery- soft and smooth.The interior looks brand new and all of the leather is soft and supple with no tears, splits or cracks, loose seams or holes. All of the dash and door panels are tight and not shrunk or pulled. The carpets are like velour, deep, soft and plush. The entire interior is absent of fading and yellowing. All of the accessories down to the last lightbulb work perfectly. Never smoked in!
At 16,000 miles the body is straight and has never been in an accident. The black hartz soft top is like new, and the pull down motors work perfectly. The engine sounds like new, and the turbo kicks ass! The transmission shifts as it should, and it starts, runs and sounds great! Has a fabulous sounding European air horn. The air conditioning blows ice-cold and will freeze you out! No leaks, drips, seepages or driveway stains. Doors, hood, trunk all open and latch perfectly. Both sets of keys, spare never down. All glass is flawless, exhaust sound and tight, fluids clean and fresh. Again, the miles are true and original, the odometer works perfectly.
Absolutely NO rust whatsoever-Anywhere! The 16k miles are accurate and original--just check the Carfax for validation. Where have you EVER seen such a low-mileage TC? Nowhere! You will not find a lower mileage TC Maserati anywhere. This is just as it was found, has not been cleaned or polished, as I said garage found in this condition. A good detail will make it look like new, There were very few cars made in this striking color combination that really stands out. All original, except the battery, and maybe the tires. Was dealer maintained all its life. Rare, very limited production car.
