1968 Chrysler Imperial Convertible, not a Cadillac, but a nice cruiser
1968 Chrysler Imperial crown
1968 Chrysler Imperial convertible. One of 474 produced. This is a solid car that came out of an Estate and has been in storage for a few years. The car has its original 440 cuin. Engine and starts right up and drives and stops. The exhaust is good. The carburetor needs a prime or you have to crank a lot to start when it sits for any length of time. The top was put on before being stored and is in great shape and goes up and down fine. The interior is original very dark green leather and is usable as is. The front seat does have a couple small tears and cracks.
The floor does have a couple of small holes, one on each side, but are not bad and have no structural effect. The doors open and shut fine.
The window switches need some work or replacing. I have been able to close and open the front vents, front door windows, and right rear window. The rear right I had to help and the left rear I did not get to work.
This car has a good open title not in my name. I can put in my name, but will take about 45 days to get back.
This is a car you can drive and upgrade as you go. This car is sold where is as is. Ask your questions and make your inspections before you bid.
Shipping is Buyers responsibility, but I will help arrange. Payment in full is due within 7 days of auction end by bank transfer. If you have any questions give me a call at 630-542-0031 or e-mail me. Thanks for Looking!
