1978 Chrysler New Yorker

This New Yorker has just under 30300 original miles. The car is an original California car from Ventura CA near the coast. The body is very straight and to the best of my knowledge there have been no accidents. The car is almost all original with original paint, top and interior. Because the car was located near the ocean there are some rust spots on the panel just below the trunk lid and some around the vinyl roof mainly on one side.. There is no rust around the lower part of the car or around the wheel wells. The paint is still very glossy and does have a few minor scratches that you would normally see on a 37 year old car. The car starts easily and runs very quietly and smooth. The engine and transmission seem fine. The tires are near new with just 2-3000 miles on them. The car passed a Calif smog test 2 months ago and the technician remarked that everything was unmolested. There is a small chip in the windshield. The windshield wiper motor is out and will need to be replaced. I've seen them listed elsewhere on this site. The power windows all work, however the A/C needs to be serviced. The leather seats are almost like new and show the wear of about 30000 miles. The dash has no cracks. This is a very clean straight original low mileage car with a few minor flaws that would make a great weekend cruiser or collector car.
