Item location: Parrish, Florida, United States
Description:
1957 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210
You are bidding on a true Bel Air not a 210 with Bel Air trim. This car is the higher side of a driver quality car. It has a few blemishes, ut only whatyou would expect from normal use.I do not have much history on the car, ut I do know the second previous owner hadjust started a refresh and update on the carbefore passing away. The car sat idleuntil the second previous owner's wifedecided to sell to the last owner. The car was then traded to me. I took the car on trade for the sole purpose of resell. I am lookingfor a 1955 or 1956 Bel Air.
I will use the word "recent" in the following description of the car. Meaning, arts replaced and show no signs of unusual wear and relatively new.
The paint shows very well for a driver quality car. Color is a candy apple red with normal wear and tear that one would expect from a driver. The chrome and trim/emblems/grill show as brand new. These are in exceptional condition. Wheels and tires are recent. Wheels are 'Chrome American Racing Special Addition' 18's in the front and 20's in the rear. The tires show as new. They still have the rubber spikes on them.
Under the hood is a 350 small block (modified)
Holley Carb Aluminum intake. Headers electric fan that works manually and auto. CPP Power Steering. Power Brakes with recent brake job on all 4 corners. Electric Wipers.
Everything under the hood shows clean and tidy with somerecent wiring and hoses
Transmission Is a 350 Turbo with mild shift kit
Appears to havea stock Chevy rear end
The interior of the car is grey and dark red cloth and vinyl (newer style not stock). There are no rips or tears. Everything is clean and comfortable. Driver's seat passenger side piping shows a small area of wear (see photos). There is a floor mounted Locar shifter with a lighted gear indicator. All factory gauges work except odometer. Also has an extra after market temperature gauge under the dash. A sun tach mounted on the steering column. There is a recent retro stereo radio with UBS port and Sirius XMP3I docking station and recent retro speakers. Has recent Billet Steering Wheel (horn does not work). Turn signals work, ut do not cancel out. Dome light works off doors as it should. The clock does not work. The overall appearance of the interior is clean and comfortable. All glass and felt are recent except the rear window. Which has a few scratches and scuff marks on it. Driver's side door glass was cracked during shipping. Have new glass in the box from Auto City for new owner to install.
Trunk is boxed. Has original style trunk mat, pare tire, nd jack. Clean and presentable.
The underside of the car shows recent rear springs and shocks. Recent exhaust with Flow Master type mufflers. All pans, nner/outer liners, ody mounts, nd frame mounts are solid.
The car shows very well, nd is a good solid driver with many recent upgrades. Drive it as is and enjoy the "thumbs up", r put a few dollars into it to take it to the next level.
If you have any questions email or call. I will answer you honestly, nd to the best of my ability. I can help with prep for shipping. This car has a reasonable reserve. Bid to own it. The car is advertised locally, nd I reserve the right to stop the bidding if the car sells outside of EBay. $1000.00 non-refundable deposit within 24 hoursof the winning bid. Title and car will be released only after all funds have cleared my bank.
Thanks for looking. Happy Bidding.
