1971 Chevelle SS Clone Up for bid is a nice 1971 Chevelle. This is a very solid car,the floor pans are like new with no rust.along with the trunk pan.The carpet is new. The car has had bucket seats installed and just needs a console and shifter. It is still a column shift car. Both the front and rear glass have been removed and resealed, his was to check for rust and there was none found. The car has a new not rebuilt290 horse create motor from GM along with a rebuilt transmission. The car runs and drives great but is no Hot Rod just a good driver.The car also has a rebuilt 10 boltrear-end with a pos unit with 308 gears. The motor and trans and rear-end have about 4000 miles on them The wheels are GM not after market and they have been powder coated and the tires are new with about 100 miles on them. Even the dome light and theA/C work. If you want a show car for a project car price this car is not for you. The car needs to be painted along with an interior kit to make it show quality. You will not find another car this straight and rust free for the money. This car is not perfect but is a great driver and gets thumbs up ever where we take it and we drive it often.
