We are happy to share This cool 55 Street Rod, which came to us on trade and is an outstanding car that is ready to show, drive, and enjoy. It started life a a 210, two door sedan but during the restoration was converted to a nice street rod with beautiful paint, Bel-Air trim, chrome, and glass. The color combination of Colonial Cream & India Ivory are very tasteful. The 17 inch Coy wheels with matching spear insert match the immaculate, custom stitched, cloth bench seat, interior perfectly. Inside the comfortable seats are accented by matching custom door panels and headliner. The dash is un-cut but has a bow-tie aluminum insert. The convenient tilt column has a 13 inch stock looking steering wheel mounted on it. Nice! The highly detailed motor compartment houses a great running 350 V8 with a polished aluminum intake, Holley 4 barrel carburetor, GM parts dress up kit, headers, and dual exhaust. Electronic ignition and electric fans were added for better performance. Vintage Air, power front disc brakes, and modern power rack & pinion steering were added also. The show caliber chassis exposes red oxide primer under-body with painted frame, hardware, newer gas tank, and aluminum exhaust. Hope in push in the clutch, grab the Hurst 4-speed shifter and enjoy hot rodding like never before. This is a fantastic driving car that anyone would be proud to own.
