1978 Chevrolet C10 Shortbed with all new sheet metal from AMD. Cab and tailgate are original and the hood was a good used part. All new hood hinges, hood latch and hood cable. New door shells, door hinges, door latches. New tailgate latches and hinges. New fenders and hardware. New wide rear wheel tubs and wide openings in the new bed floor. New bed sides with passenger fuel fill ( left gas tank was deleted). New grill and new headlight bezels.The engine is a 350 and it runs great along with a turbo 350 automatic transmission.The truck was lowered front (lowering springs) and rear lowering blocks with shock brackets.ThThe power steering pump,lines and steering box and steering shaft were all replaced.New washer bottle and new coolant overflow bottle.New tires, center caps and trim rings.The front brake hoses and master cylinder were also replaced.The dash pad is cracked and the dash was modified to accept the after market radio that isn’t working. I have a replacement harness that I haven’t installed yet. The windshield will be replaced before the auction ends.I took the panels from this truck and put them on another project that I have.My plan was to make this a super nice show truck, but my plans have changed.I have a new rear license plate bracket on order that will be installed before the auction is over.There is over $6500 just in sheet metal on this truck.This truck is ready for its new owner, so please bid only if you’re serious.This truck runs and drives, but it’s been off the road for a while.
