Auctions take time, money, and effort, only bid if you fully intend to follow through with the sale upon placing the winning bid.This is a true short bed c10 truck that has some good options and features, plus recent work done.The truck has a factory "high performance" Chevy 454 big block, factory 4 barrel intake with a new carburetor, HEI distributor, plugs/wires. aftermarket long tube headers, new valve covers, seals, and air cleaner, plus new belts, new thermostat, and new aluminum radiator.The transmission is a 4l60E, with a stand alone electronic unit to make it work in this application. New stainless braided lines, new filter/ gasket and a new TCI ratchet shifter were also added . The rear end is a 3.75 ratio, with a new limited slip diff and 5 lug conversion installed. The truck has the larger disc brake/5 lug conversion done on the front. ball joints were also changed to accommodate the disc brake later model spindles. Wheels are 17 inch steel "rally" style with beauty rings and caps. Caps for the rear wheels are included, but not pictured. New master and rear wheel cylinder, new brake proportioning valve to accommodate front discs, new brake hoses, rebuilt calipers and a new brake booster were added. The fuel tank was relocated to under the bed with a new sender and fuel lines.The body is in good shape, inner and outer rockers were replaced, fuel tank opening on cab is shaved, as are some emblems. The truck has new upper and lower body side moldings, tail lights/trim, tail gate trim, side markers, door handles, and front bumper are all new. new door locks with new keys were also installed. The vent wing rubber seals, door seals, window scrapers and felts are all replaced. the doors open/close nicely!The interior has a new dash pad, custom steering wheel on a tilt steering column, new turn signal switch, new ignition switch, blue tooth stereo with remote. The truck has bucket seats that were recently reupholstered in black vinyl with grey cloth inserts. New kick plates with "bowtie" logos were also added.This truck appears to be a "CST", or custom sport truck model, with all the chrome on the outside, plus the power steering, power brakes, v-8/auto transmission, tinted glass, tilt steering, and A/C, and it has the "CST" on the glove box door. Odometer shows something like 34k miles, probably not accurate, engine and trans have both been replaced anyway. Now starts up and runs well!It sounds great, looks nice.This is not a show truck, it is not a new Toyota, it may need some finishing or tinkering . The A/c is missing at least the compressor, I have not looked into what else it might need.This auction is to win the truck, not the right of first refusal, if you are the winning bidder, you bought it.
