This is a beautiful Chevy K1500, driven semi- often and very very very much loved. We've had this truck for modt of it's life, and babied it. Oil changes, occasional PM inspections were done religiously just to give us peace of mind. It was repainted Dallas Cowboys Blue over 20 years ago, and the only signs of real damage to the paint are sun fade and exposed basecoat on the hood, roof, and camper roof. Clean, Open Title. Was cared for and fluid changes were done religiously. (LT285/75/r16) tires are 1.5 years old, have great tread set on PCW wheels, but have some dry rot from the Arizona sun. Runs very well and shifts even better, but has a slight idle surge during cold starts. Exhaust pressure hose was replaced and vehicle emissions test PASSED. Truck was repainted about 20 years ago, and now has sun fade on the hood, cab top, and camper roof, but is in good condition overall.Camper is made of fiberglass, and could use new weather stripping. Interior is custom and in near perfect condition. Custom speaker system and a Kenwood Head Unit. A/C works very well, blows strong and cold, no blower motor whine. Great truck, very loved and has been dependable. This truck was family, but we are unable to keep it any longer. $10,000 OBO, serious buyers only! [The truck was involved in a hit and run accident, and the driver at fault fled the scene. The damages were to the FRONT AXLE, BOTH FRONT CV AXLES, FRONT LEFT TIE ROD END, FRONT LEFT BRAKE LINE, FRONT LEFT ROTOR, FRONT LEFT CALIPER, FRONT BUMPER, FRONT LEFT FENDER. All damaged parts were replaced, aside from the bumper and fender. Entire front end was rebuilt due to the incident, but damages were determined to NOT affect the driveability and safety of the truck. We consulted with 2 other personal mechanics to verify the safety and driveability, during the time of repair.
