1972 Chevrolet Nova

This Nova is literally an Oklahoma barn find. I purchased it from an estate sale out of Houston along with several others including a 72 C10. I pulled the Nova from the barn and trailered it back to Houston. It is an original A/C, power steering, and power brake car from GM with a factory 5.7. It is a two owner car and has been with the last owner for over 25 years. Many of which was spent parked in the barn. It was purchased in 2000 as a project car. The paint and body is all original with a few relatively minor dents. I was going to sell it as is but decided to spend some money to see if it would run. With not much work it fired up and sounds really good. We ran it from a clean fuel source, not the fuel tank. I also noticed the transmission shifter cable had been pinched between the bell housing and the block. This mistake may be the reason it got parked in the barn. It goes in and out of gear now perfectly. The car is essentially rust free with the exception of some surface rust only. The pics of the car on the trailer are from the day I pulled it from the barn. Other than giving it a bath and getting it running it is exactly as I found it. A good Paintless dent removal company should be able to fix the few dents in order to leave the original patina and paint if desired.
