Vehicle Details

1950 Chevrolet Styleline DeLuxe Sport Coupe

Engine is a 235 Inline 6 from a 1954 Chevrolet Truck. Transmission is a 3 speed floor shift from a 1955 Chevrolet Sedan. Rear end is from a 1977 Chevrolet Nova with a 308 Ratio. Drive shaft is from a 1957 Chevrolet. Trunk is unlocked from an electric button below the dashboard on the driver side. Has original am radio, aftermarket fm radio, and cb radio; all 3 working great. Paint is Dark Canyon Red repainted in 1980. Paint has some flaws in it, but the same color can be got from O'Reilly Autoparts as there are 2 Paint cans in the trunk that have the paint codes on them. Has original brake cylinder in the floor. Car was converted to 12v system, only the oil pressure sensor and fuel sending unit are still 6v. Engine was rebuilt 10 years ago and has only had maybe 15k miles put on it since then. Engine runs amazingly well. Transmission works great. Shifter had some slack in it so I had it rebuilt. Car has only surface rust. There is a stuff in the rear passenger side quarter panel where someone dinged it a few years ago. Can be easily repaired. Heater works great too
