Up for sale is a 1939 Chevy Coupe Custom Street Rod, work in progress. This little Chevy has had many custom body modifications and custom features added. Cool tilt forward hood, custom built hood side panels, Billet grill, 40 Chevy headlight molded in, drip rails smoothed, fuel door / push release, all new floors from Bitchen, rear fenders widened 2", new running boards tapered to fit widened rear fenders, exhaust cutouts in the rear of the body, C5 Corvette marker lights for taillights molded in, all smoothed engine compartment medal, custom molded medal dash with center consol, and it has been decked and shaved. (All body work done by professional) The body is in primer and ready for filial sanding before the paint is applied. (pick you own color) The chassis is custom built by McKehan with custom X member, Mustang II front suspension, with Stainless 11inch disk brake kit, frame mounted master cylinder, power rack and pinion steering, Ford 9" rear end with 4 bar coil over rear suspension with new Superior ring and pinion 350 gear ratio and rear disk brakes. The engine is a new Ram Jet 350 with 350 hp with fuel injection and mini starter. It is running Sanderson headers. The transmission is a 700-R4 with 2200 stall converter. Drive line is in place as is the new Walker radiator with Walker fan shroud and the new fuel tank from Tanks with electric fuel pump for the fuel injection is also already installed. A brake line kit is with the car as are a 3rd brake light, taillight lenses, windshield wiper motor and installation kit, and tail pipe tips. This car comes with all new cut glass and a V-but windshield, new Steel windshield rubber channel, new vintage air and heat kits, American Autowire "Highway 22" kit for the electrical, Lokar chrome billet foot brake, Lokar throttle cable kit, Juliano's seat belts and mount kit, Auto Metor Street Rod series interments, Ididit Billet Steering column, SS Dubble D steering shaft coupler, door popper remote door latches, door whether seals, and lots of other parts to finish the car. Asking $32,500.00 or subtract $5000.00 if you don't need the engine. My friend has been working on his project Chevy for several years and has spent over $70,000.00 on the build but has decided to sell. I will take all questions to him.
