Vehicle Details

Here up for sale is a beautiful 1972 Chevelle SS LS5 Factory “W” vin number. All numbers matching. 454 LS5 4 speed with factory A/C. The car was completely restored. Car is really super clean. Fresh paint with the factory Midnight Bronze paint code #68 which is rare to see these days. Floors and trunk floor are in nice shape and look to be original. No patching in the floors that I can see. Frame was all cleaned up and painted with all new body bushing installed. Suspension and all the brakes were all redone from front to back. New exhaust system was just installed. The numbers matching motor and trans were both fully rebuilt. Motor has a little step up cam shaft installed, .30 over on the motor with some better internals than stock. SCAT crank and rods. Transmission was all rebuilt inside and out. Factory 12 bolt rear was rebuilt as well. Gears are 3.55’s limited slip. 4 brand new tires just installed. The interior is in great shape. All new door panels and rear panels. New carpet and new headliner installed. Dash pad is original and in great shape. All electrical work. Lights, wipers, heat etc. work. It has a new style radio that fits the dash from custom sound systems. It will need to be wired and add a couple speakers. Never got to finish it. This is a factory A/C car. All the A/C stuff was gone through and we replaced what was needed to work correctly again. I had it working finally and the original compressor locked up. I never got back to it. All you need to do is get a new compressor and a new belt and it’s ready to go. If you don’t care about originality and want a better function I would just upgrade to the new Sanderson style compressor. Unless you have a local guy to rebuilt the clutch on the original compressor. I couldn’t find anyone close to me that does these anymore. All the glass is in good shape. All new rubber and weatherstripping was replaced after paint. I was going to spice it up and add a set of stripes but that can be done and be the choice of the new owner. I like the look of the car both ways so I couldn’t decide 100%. I am sure I am missing something in this description but basically the car was all rebuilt and is ready for a new home. If you have any questions please reach out anytime. If you know how to figure this out you can reach me with using the first part as three four seven, the second part is three eight six and the third part is four zero four eight which is the last part. Sorry it has to be that way but apparently they don’t want you to talk anymore. I have the car listed locally so it might sell before the auction ends. If you want to make an offer feel free to do so. I will end the auction early if need be and have the right to do so at anytime. I will include a couple links to a few videos below on YouTube. I can also send them to you but not through email as they are too big. Please ask questions. Your more than welcome to come check the car out in person if your local, or send and inspector on your behalf, Whatever works for you. I can make my schedule work around your timeline. If you do request any other pics that’s fine, but give me some time as the car is not stored next to me. Don’t wait for the last day and ask for a pic.
