This vehicle is a great little build, we started off by doing a 5.3 Ls swap with a 4L60E out of a 2001 Tahoe. The motor was completely tore down and sent to the machine shop for inspection and cleaning. I had new cam bearings installed and honed. We rebuilt the engine and installed a BTR Truck Norris cam kit. We put all new bearings, gaskets and rings on the motor. We used a fresh set of 699 cathedral port heads matched with a Ls1 intake off a corvette for a cleaner look. We installed new accessory brackets with clean cnc brackets. We did put a set of long tubes on the motor and had it tuned. This is a great little power house, we put a 2300 Stahl in the trans and moves great. Replaced the condenser and the radiator with electric fans and it stays cool. I put a new ac compressor on it but have not charged it, we ran the new aluminum lines and replaced the heater core.I have replaced the dash with a clean no cracked dash, replaced the carpet with new and slapped a nice bench seat in it.All gauges work except the tach I have not had time to hook it up. The radio I have no hooked up, I was planning to run a aftermarket. I also had the windows tinted. I put new 20in Riddler wheels an it and had replaced brake rotors,pads,and calipers with oem equipment. I had the drums rebuilt in the rear and had the diff replaced with a posi yukon kit with 3.73 Gears. The exhaust dumps before the rearend into Spintech mufflers. I did replace the grill and headlights and then signals and the factory steering wheel. We used a 255lph fuel pump and I'm prob forgetting a few things. This Truck has no rust and less than 2000 miles on the build Feel free to ask questions.
