Up for sale is a 1987 El Camino, clean title in hand, PA Antique Plates can be transferred if desired. Runs, drives, and stops. Needs minor TLC and some cosmetic rust repair to be perfect. Bought in early December as a non running project and now that’s it’s driving good looking to pass it along to someone that can finish it off. I recently removed a clogged catalytic converter and straight piped it, also has a Magnaflow muffler, it’s just loud enough but not too loud. Also has a remanufactured carburetor, air cleaner, and recent plug wires/cap rotor. Engine sounds healthy, trans shifts smooth. Driver window doesn’t go down, gas gauge doesn’t work, radio doesn’t work. Has rust in bottom of doors, some bubbles on outside. And a little rust under the hood, but the underside of the car is rot free and surprisingly clean. Checked car with magnet and didn’t find any noticeable filler/bodywork. Surprisingly straight car. I had planned to fix the rust and paint the lower portion of the body Line blue to match the interior but have too many projects currently. Paint presents well but has been repainted, not professionally, and has some flaws. Please feel free to ask questions and thank you for looking!
