Vehicle Details

1994 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Ext. Cab with 8' long bed.6.5L Turbo Diesel, 126,618 original miles, diagnosed with warped head. Engine was drained of all fluids when first quit and fresh oil was replaced in the block before setting the past year. Physical conditions have left me unable to finish having it repaired. One of the pictures has the many new parts that were to be installed before the head issue occurred, along with those parts is the complete GM OEM top end gasket kit. The bed is a Southern bed and has GMC emblems, same difference on body lines. The goose neck hitch is complete and the Reese hitch was only used twice after it was installed.Complete after market light set, mainly to replace the fogged head lights cheaper than buying just the new light buckets themselves. But the original light set is there all in good condition except for the fogged head light lenses. Head light bulbs are the second top Sylvania high intensity, around $150 just for those 4 alone.Mirrors are the after market extending tow mirrors, also wired for power if the truck would've been. Original mirrors in good condition are with it.Factory stereo is there but not reinstalled.Recently replaced parts before engine issues occurred:Both front hubsAlternatorFuel pick up pumpOil cooler linesExhaust flange gasketsIPCM (also had the relocation kit installed before I got it)1 of the new back shocks was installed already, other is in the picture of new parts.List of new parts that are included (pictured):GM OEM complete top gasket kit2 gallon 15W-40 2 gallon 50/50 antifreezeOil FilterThermostatRotor disc (left front)Brake padsBack shock that wasn't installed yet.Front tires are cupped due to not being able to rotate properly with 1 wheel being for 2wd and wouldn't mount on front, replacement wheel was gotten shortly before the engine issue and never got switched, which is also included. The body had been repaired before I got it, but that has since started going bad again being cheap tin was used, rockers and cab corners. Frame had been patched also but looked like professional work.I was the 3rd owner, both previous owners were old farmers and only used it on the farm with snow plow installed. Had less than 94K miles when I got it in 2020 and removed the plow. My intention was camper towing, but she got cancer instead, so the majority of those 33K+ miles was running to the big cities for 2 years getting her better. Having recent health emergencies this year myself has left me unable to do anymore with it. Trying to see if I can give it 1 last chance at life before sending it for scrap with such low miles.
