1980 ALL ORIGINAL Chevrolet Corvette with ONLY 15,000 MILES!!! EVEN HAS THE ORIGINAL TIRES.
Overall, exceptionally clean. No Rust. Wheels look like new. No scratches or curb rash.
LOW RESERVE. Set at the price in which I've already had multiple offers. For a car like this, wanted to test the market as an auction listing is a great way to determine true "market value". If in the unlikely event it doesn't reach the reserve, may consider selling to the highest bidder, if there are enough bids placed to give me confidence that the bids represent its market value. The more bids there are, the more I'll be convinced.
This car was driven around 1,500 miles per year from 1980 to 1990. It was then put in a garage and sat for the past 34 years.
Pulled the car out, changed the fluids and it fired right up. It does run a little rough. Carburetor likely needs to be gone through after sitting for so long. The fact that it started right up after all these years, is amazing. Give it a quick tune up and it should run great!
Body is perfectly straight all around. Paint looks amazingly well for a 40+ year old car. The only notable flaw is on the front bumper. At the center point, the paint is chipped. There is another chip on the left front. Repaint the front bumper and it would be nearly perfect. Just a few minor typical small rock chips around other areas of the car. Some of the trim pieces have paint that has faded away (Around t-tops, etc), typical for this age of car.
Interior is overall in very good shape. Only items noted that need attention include: Left door pull handle seems to be missing a bolt on the top end. And the emergency brake release button slides off the pull handle. Other than those two items, no excess wear noted.
Still has the original bags for storing the T-Tops.
Car is all original with ONLY 15,000 MILES!!! Original wheels AND TIRES. Very rare to find one of these cars with original tires.

As part of the as-is sale, seller will provide the buyer with all paperwork necessary to register and title the vehicle, including documentation that all liens have been satisfied.
