The Chevelle looks cherry but it wasn't meant to be a car-show car. It's an attention-grabbing but reliable 'driver' with 32,210 miles on the 5.3L LM7 V8 and 480L-E transmission since 2013 (including cross-county summer road trips from California to NY and back, with no heating or other issues).

The Chevelle cold starts instantly every time, runs perfectly, and gets surprisingly good mpg highway.
