V8 VETTE
1973 Chevrolet Corvette
Selling this original owner car for a friend. Car will come with a first owner title! This 1973 started life as a yellow car and was painted blue around 1979 and garaged in 1981 (as shown on the last inspection sticker "1981") That's when the owner bought a 1982 collector edition (that car is not available for sale yet)
This 1973 all numbers matching car runs, drives, and stops; but the carburetor will need a good cleaning for it to operate at its full potential. The car looks good but the paint has some hazing mostly on the top probably from sun glare; my guess is it will need a really good detailing or paint correction. All lights and gauges operate as they should. Interior is all original and in good condition for a 50 year old car. Radio does not work, air conditioning will need charging, and if you want to put the air pump back on the vehicle it is in a box and it comes with the car.
Due to the car being stopped for a long time, I wouldn't drive it for a long distance without having a mechanic's review. I did drive it for about 20 minutes and it ran fine, shifted well, and stopped fairly.
Front bumper will need to be painted as it is a recently replaced fiberglass replacement bumper.
