In October 2023 I was driving around and saw a barn open with this Impala in it I knocked on the door the owner came out side and I ask if he wanted to sell it and at start he didn’t want to sell it but then he said you know what come look at it,so we talked and negotiate it for about an hour and made a deal
We took the car out of the barn brought it home
Put a brand new Holley double pumper carburetor on it
Changed out fluids
Put a battery in it, and she fired right up
Car runs and drives greatEngine is mechanically sound with no knocking or smoking, or any type of leaks known
Transmission shifts in all gears perfectly fine with no issues
The body on the car is all original, and every panel and sheet metal on this car is original to the car
The car was only repaint it one time and it’s life
Car does not have any rust The body is really nice and straight all the lines match up perfectly fine.
The interior is all original as you can see, and in excellent shape for it age there’s no rips or tears, or any cracking on the dash
The chrome is an excellent condition
Car has never been in any accidents
Always been garage and babied
Never driven in any harsh weather
The car has been sitting for the past eight years and that barn so it’s not perfect. It just needs some TLC just to make it just right.
