Right around the 100,000 mile mark the 700R4 transmission was rebuilt by a gm certified mechanic. Shifts perfect.

It is not perfect,and a few things that need attention. 1 good rust spot behind driver side rear tire. Needs exhaust work. A/C needs charged. Window motors are slow.Drivers window works intermittently. And could use new seat covers for the front. Other seats are in great shape.
