68 Camaro - the most solid roller I've ever seen

Price: - Item location: Saint James, Missouri, United States
Description:

1968 Chevrolet Camaro

The car was in an automotive garage in Tuscon Arizona since about 1995. I brought it home to Missouri about 2006. The glass is all in it except the rear glass is in my garage. There is no rotten metal anywhere on it that I know of, but there is some surface rust as seen in the pics. It needs sanded and painted. The trunk, floors, package tray, front and rear windows, and shock towers are all solid. These are common weak area for these cars but this one is the most solid one I've ever seen. The interior is out of it. It was a 6 cyl auto on the column car. Its had a clutch pedal and a hole in the floor for a standard put in it.
If you're looking for a rolling project Camaro, this one is the one you want; its rock solid.
The front grill is there but broken in places. The wiring is all there and fine. The fender wells are out of it but fine. There is parts and pieces in the trunk that come with it as shown in the photo. The front cross member has a little dent but I had a shop inspect it and they said it was just cosmetic and doesn't affect anything. It has a clear Missouri title. It has drum brakes. The gas tank looks real good. Its missing the front bumper. You rarely find such a solid car as this even in AZ. This would be a great candidate to make that Z/28 or RS/SS Tribute car!
The rims are all American Torgue Thrust. The fronts are 7" and the rears are 8.5" all 15". The tires are just there to roll it around. Two tires are good, the other two are there to roll it around and can lose air over time.
No engine, drive train or interior. Needs restored. See pictures for actual condition. The first picture is from 20 years ago, the rest are from this week.
$500 Deposit due at end of auction, the rest in cash or cashiers check. Check will have to be verified and clear before car is released. Car must be picked up within 5 days of auction end. Car is also for sale locally.

I know it looks rough sitting there in 3 shades of primer, but it won't take much to make this car awesome.
