1939 Chevrolet Deluxe Business Coupe.Hello everyone,This car is being listed for my nearly 80 year old father who sadly now has dementia. He acquired the car in 2006. All body, interior work and mechanical work was done some time previous to that year. All I have done is charge the battery and back it out of the shop and wash 2 years worth of dust and dirt off the body. Unfortunately "Pops" remembers very few of the details about the car, however I did find the build sheet from the previous owner inside car . This is a nice driving, good looking street rod, but by no means a show car. We hope whoever ends up purchasing it enjoys driving it as much as my "Pops" has for the last 17 years.
Now for the bad....
The body is all steel and does have visible rust is the lower passenger side door as noted in the pictures. There is some minor damage below the grill and front bumper -also noted in pics.(Maybe "Pops" hit a curb stop once upon a time) All other body panels seem to be in good shape. Also there is 1 sheet metal patch on Drivers side floor pan also noted in pictures
