Description:

1991 Chevrolet C/K Pickup 3500

Last year of the square body! This is an extremely hard to find last year 1991 V3500 Crew Cab with single rear wheel axle. I looked for a very long time to find one in this configuration. I just got lucky and happened to find one that was the last year available. On top of that, this truck is equipped with the original TBI 454 which runs great and has never been messed with, SM465 Manual Transmission! and A/C. Manual transmission is in all my trucks but I didn’t expect to find one when looking for this truck. I purchased the truck locally to me and the previous owner had it shipped from Wyoming. I’ve spent several thousand dollars this year on mostly mechanical upgrades. I drive this truck to work twice a week and do 75MPH easily. I have also towed my car trailer with it three times and it does extremely well. The manual transmission really helps getting it moving and feels comparable to my 12 Valve Cummins. I love paperwork and this truck comes with original owners manual and window sticker! List of new parts -Redhead Steering Box -Tie rod -polyurethane sway bar bushings -leaf springs in front with 1 extra leaf. Rides excellent -Shocks front and rear -steering stabilizer -EGR valve -Exhaust Manifolds, gaskets, bolts -Valve Covers and gaskets -Distributor, plugs, wires -Throttle Body Spacer -A/C controls -Dash bezel and lense -headliner -brake pads -tires -brake lights -fuel filter -air cleaner -all power steering and hydraboost hoses -bumper -grille -master cylinder -hydraboost -coolant overflow -power steering fluid flushed -brake fluid flushed -heater blower motor I’m sure I’m forgetting some items! That being said, this truck is a driver and not show quality. It has never been frame off restored or tampered with. Most of the paint is original with areas that have been touched up over the years. It has dings but, it is solid and only has surface rust. I’ve included pictures of all the hidden areas including behind the cab corners. This thing has not been spray bombed underneath for fluff. The paint is probably the worst part of the truck. I was quoted $8,000 for a bed and doors off repaint in white. That would significantly increase the value of the truck as the mechanicals and interior are very nice. Interior is a solid 8/10. I believe most of it is original including the carpet. Dash pad is not cracked. Seats are in good shape. Headliner is very nice. All door panels are nice and I have new arm rest for the fronts. Bed has never had a 5th wheel!!! All glass intact with no cracks. Some scratches. A/C belt is off and I have never messed with it. Horn and dome light are in op. Haven’t looked into either. I tackled the priorities on my list. Truck runs and drives great. No slop or play in the steering. Stops great. Original exhaust with catalytic converter. I was tempted to put dual exhaust but, if someone is in an emissions state, the probably want the original stuff. Carfax is clean and I checked it when I bought it. No accidents or flags. Extensive service history. Transmission replaced a few thousand miles ago. Only reason for selling is I was able to buy my dream car (1962 Belair Bubbletop) and need the room for the restoration as I have removed the body. I have a 1974 Jimmy Project Listed as well and can do a package deal. I’d rate the paint a 6/10. Looks ok for a driver but not a show truck. Solid but has dings, fade, and touched up areas. I’d rate the interior a 8/10. Very nice mostly original interior especially considering the truck is over 30 years old. I’d rate the truck mechanically as an 8/10. Runs good and drives good but, A/C doesn’t work.
