Time Capsule 1941 Chevrolet Master Deluxe 2-Dr sedan With 13,884 ORIGINAL MILES!! This Master deluxe was purchased New in 1941 with the original owner passing away in 1943. The daughter put it away in a garage and built a cardboard box around it and so it sat until 1965. There is a oil change sticker on the door post that says the oil was changed and the car had 12,400 miles on it. So the has only been driven 1400 miles IN THE LAST 58 YEARS! The car is in Beautiful Condition. The exterior has had paint work done on it which still looks great. It does have a few rock chips and a small spot about the size of a quarter where the previous owner took out the battery and sat it on the fender. Very easy touch up. One small chip in the original windshield. The bumpers have been replated years ago and look like new. All the trim is in excellent shape. Interior Looks fantastic for a 82 year old car. Both front and rear seats look like they have never been sat on. Not sure if the rear seat has ever been sat on. Rear carpet looks new! The dash and all gauges look brand spanking new. There is a little fading line on both door panels as You can see in the pictures. Tires look almost new and have very few miles on them. I have driven the car less than a hundred miles and always trailer it when taking to shows as I didn't want to put any more miles on it than I had to. I have showed it 5 times this summer and everybody says they can't believe the condition of this original car. Surprising this car has never had any mice in it and still smells like a New 41 should. The engine runs quiet with no smoking or unexpected sounds. Starts easy and runs smooth. Engine compartment is clean and looks as it should. NO RUST ON THIS CAR ANYWHERE!
