Vehicle has been restored during the 1990s and garaged since. Collector owned and indoors most of the year other than the occasional ride to cruise night, local car show or with family. LOTS of service and maintenance work done. Just OVERHAULED ENTIRE BRAKE SYSTEM, NEWLY rebuilt carburetor, and regular maintenance.
Body is very nice and clean, straight throughout. Paint still shows well considering it's decades old. A few tiny bubbles showing at front lip of hood, otherwise nowhere else on body. Some chips touched up here and there. Bright paint and cleans up nicely when buffed. Gaps all very nice. Doors open and close well.
Under the hood is an NOM 396 big block V8. Rebuilt carburetor about 2 weeks ago. Starts right up, idles great and has nice power. Brakes stop well and it steers nicely with no issues. YOU CAN GET IN AND DRIVE THIS CAR NOW.
Underside in good shape. SOLID FRAME throughout. Floors in good shape, small patch on one of them. Trunk has new 3 piece pan ready to install and included with car.
Overall a great looking and nice driving 1967 Chevelle SS 396 convertible clone that you can get in and drive now and restore down the line to your own liking. Not perfect of course, but a good driver!.
