1964 Chevrolet Nova Chevy II Wagon Factory V-8 4-Speed Street Rod
Description: Rare 1964 Chevrolet Chevy II Model 400 4-door 2 row station wagon which came from the factory with a 283 c.i. V-8 and M-20 4-speed!! Repainted in the original factory two-tone of silver blue metallic with a white top.

New upgrades were made to the Model 400 wagon and include the suspension (front & rear) engine, transmission, and rear differential. Complete rebuild has been driven less than 500 miles. See specifics below.
The current owner has made many changes and modifications to make this a reliable, fun, and quick Chevy II wagon street machine. No disappointments.

Body & Paint:
The color of the wagon matches the original silver blue metallic and white top. The door jams, engine, and trunk area are still in the original paint. While the outside appears to be a single-stage urethane.
The repaint and bodywork was already done when it was purchased 5 years ago, but most of the body panels and floors are believed to be original and have little to no bodywork. The rear tailgate is the only area which shows any rust (see photos).
All windows, including the tailgate, are in excellent condition and operate easily.
New front and rear bumpers
You will notice a chrome plate on the back left side of the roof. It is a factory option and provided a hook to hang clothes.
Engine & Transmission: Freshly built 283 c.i. small block Chevrolet over bored .030”.
New short block assembly including 9.5:1 forged pistons.
Hydraulic RV cam
Edelbrock Endura-shine Performer intake manifold
Holley 950 cfm Carburetor
MSD Billet distributor and coil
MSD 6 AL box
Ceramic coated long tube headers.
Custom deep oil pan
Custom aluminum radiator and shroud.
New sealed battery
New gas tank and lines
New 2 ½” stainless steel exhaust system
New Vintage Air A/C & heat system.
Rebuilt M-20 wide ratio 4-speed.
New clutch pack and flywheel.
Chassis & Differential:
Complete CPP (Classic Performance Parts) tubular front end including tubular ‘A’ arms, Borgeson power steering box, and coil over shocks.
Welded in frame connectors.
Disc brakes front & drums rear.
New rear springs
Chevrolet 10-bolt differential with 3.42:1 open gears.
CPP sway bar and coil over shocks.
5-lug 14” Rally wheels with B.F. Goodrich radial tires (front:205/70R/14 rear; 225/70R/14)
Interior:
The upholstery is in excellent condition with the original vinyl pattern but may have been redone at an earlier date. No tears or rips.
Re-painted dash with a new Retro AM/FM/USB radio w/stereo speakers.
Factory gauges function.
After market gauges include Stewart Warner tachometer, water temperature, and oil pressure.
