1969 L78 375HP 396 SS Chevelle with M20 4 speed and 3:55 posi 12 bolt paint code 57/B fathom green/black vinyl top.Odometer shows 69,165 which I believe to be correct with the amount of original parts that were still on the car when I bought it 8 years ago.The rear end is original and the code is KF(3:55 posi) the engine that came with the car is a CTB code 402 that runs.The original 837 alternator, 291 and 824 deep groove pulleys are included,radiator is the original BO code Harrison unit, original tower hose clamps are still attached to the original heater hoses.The car is a Kansas built car that that has the original console,radio, gauge package,interior,bucket seats,carpet, seat belts and headliner. Dash is cracked. L78 only 6000 redline tach is there that confirms its rarity with only 9,468 L78 Chevelles being made in 1969. The car has the old school ladder bars and slotted mags still on it but it does come with (5) Rally Sport wheels. The frame and floor pan is in good condition with only some small patches needed but the rear quarters,trunk center, and rear window lower panel should be replaced as shown in the pictures. The trunk center has had a patch plate and some crappy body work done in the past and was painted black.I will include a correct 396 272 4 bolt block,a pair of 840 cylinder heads,set 3/8 dimple rods,6223 steel crank, 163 intake manifold, 879/178 exhaust manifolds, 8 inch balancer,flywheel along with a 660 case Muncie M20 4 speed trans, bellhousing and shifter as rebuildable cores for the car.As a true low mileage 1969 L78 375HP 4 speed Super Sport Chevelle,in a good color combo, this car is a great restoration project that is worthy of some serious attention.I do not have the space or time to complete the restoration as intended is the reason for letting go of this car.Selling the car as I bought it with a Georgia Bill of Sale, AS IS with no warranty.
