Description: Beautiful 1966 Chevrolet Chevy II 2-door sedan Street Machine / Muscle Car. This is a total nut & bolt rotisserie-built show car using all new parts and materials, starting with a rust-free California car. Power comes from a 434 c.i. small-block Chevrolet (400 bored .030” + and 4.00” stroker crank). Backing it up is a Performance Automotive Turbo 350 and a Heidt’s 4-link 12-bolt Chevy differential.
NO TRADES
The 9-year build was completed in 2015, and less than 1,500 miles have been logged on the odometer attending local shows and cruise-ins. Never in poor weather and always garaged.
There are no chips, dings, rust, or bubbling anywhere. The car is immaculate.

Body & Paint:
All steel body with new floors, welded in frame connectors and cross bar. Dynamatting insulation on all floors, in doors, and the roof.
Color is a Scion Hypnotic Teal Metallic in a 2-stage urethane.
Tinted glass except for windshield (did not use tinted film).
New bumpers and exterior trim including vent windows.
New weather stripping.
Electric wiper motor.
Please note the “434” numbers on the cowl are held on with adhesive and not drilled into the hood.
Engine & Transmission:
Professionally built bored and stroked 434 c.i. Chevrolet small block with forged Scat crank, rods, and pistons. Compression ratio is estimated at 10:1. Runs on pump gas.
Dart II Iron Eagle cylinder heads with 2.02” exhaust and 1.65” intake valves.
Crane Cams hydraulic roller cam with Comp Cam roller rocker arms and guide plates. Cam specs are: duration .230/.238, lift .539/.558.
Edelbrock 2x4 barrel Endurashine intake manifold and 500 cfm carburetors with a progressive linkage and electric choke.
Mallory ignition system.
Ceramic coated Hooker Headers
2 ½” custom side exhaust.
Ed Hamburger 7 qt. oil pan.
Holley electric fuel pump.
Be Cool aluminum radiator w/ Spal thermostatically controlled fans and an override switch.
Melling High pressure oil pump.
Trunk mounted battery w/ “on/off” switch.
Performance Automotive Turbo 350 3-speed automatic transmission with 2500 rpm stall converter.
B&M transmission & oil coolers.
Hurst V-matic 2 shifter.
Chassis & Differential:
Heidt’s power rack & pinion front clip with coil over shocks.
4-wheel power disc brakes.
Heidt’s 4-link rear suspension with coil over shocks
Narrowed Chevrolet 12-bolt rear with 3.55:1 posi-traction and Moser axles.
15” Polished American Torque Thrust Wheels.
B.F. Goodrich radial tires: 215/65R/15 front and 275/60R/15 rear.
Interior:
New hand sewn cloth interior includes reupholstered front and rear bench seats, door panels, headliner, trunk, and carpeting.
Ron Francis wiring harness and fuse box.
New window mechanisms and handles
Auto Meter gauge set w/ Speedometer/odometer, Tachometer, oil pressure and temperature, water temperature, transmission temperature, voltmeter, and fuel level.
Flaming River tilt steering column and steering wheel.
Kenwood AM/FM/CD/Bluetooth with 4 speakers.
