1967 Chevrolet Camaro Rally Sport

1967 Chevrolet Camaro Rally Sport Convertible

This car is an original unrestored 92,000-mile Camaro with one old repaint. 3 owner car. Bought new from Reeder Chevrolet Knoxville TN in 1967 traded back in 1970, then a Reeder employee purchased it and kept it in the family for 49 years until 2019.

Original drivetrain. Base 210hp 327 (V0404ME) w/ Powerglide and 10 bolt rearend. Runs good, shifts good.

Rally Sport package (3L) plus power steering and clock for options. Butternut Yellow w/ Black convertible top (Y-2). Original paint in door sills and inner trunk lid with old lacquer repaint that is cracking and peeling in places. Top was replaced but original worn headliner is still there. The upholstery is original and in good shape with one small tear in seam on driver’s seat and worn carpet. Everything works except the radio and clock. Headlight doors were redone with electric motors and work great.

In 2020 we added power front disc brakes, rebuilt the frontend, replaced all springs and shocks and added 15” rally wheels and TA Radials. The power disc brakes, and power steering make it easy to drive and it rides great. Drive it anywhere. We kept all the original parts taken off including the 14” steel wheels.

Car is very solid with only spots of surface rust and only rust thru is one spot in the trunk. Floors and rockers are in great shape. This is an unmolested car that stayed in the same caring family for nearly 50 years. Easy car to restore or enjoy as is.
