It has the coil spring rear suspension and a '78 C-10 K member up front for the disc brake setup. It is converted to 5x5 lug pattern with the factory 12 bolt rear end. There is a TH350 transmission under the truck that will need a rebuild, I have a 350 engine with a lunati voodoo camshaft that can go with the truck.
