Dark Blue with Black Interior - automatic transmission - NOT numbers matchingLocated in Jerseyville IL (45 min north of Saint Louis, MO)Buyer to pick up the car in person. It does run, drive, and stop. But it has not been professionally inspected, so I suggest bringing a trailer or flatbed to take it with you.
Known issues:* NOT ORIGINAL ENGINE: Has 350 engine from 1975 L48 AT (V0307CHB) with new Edelbrock 1406 carb* NOT ORIGINAL PAINT: Original color was dark red (Code 83)* PAINT ISSUES:Dark Blue Paint has cracks and chips - definitely a 20 footer, looks much better in photos than in person* Power Steering issue - new power steering pump and parts installed by PO but pump needs shimmed or adjusted for belt to fit without rubbing on things* Has rubber fuel line (after fuel pump) which should be replaced with something better, someone on corvetteforum pointed this out.* Vac not able to pull one of the headlights down* Steering wheel cap wont stay attached
Other Info:* Good frame and birdcage*Previous owner bought it from someone who had it stored and sitting.*Previous owner worked to get it running, installed new Edelbrock Carb and new power steering parts, but didn't get it running good or finish the power steering install so he didnt drive it much, gave up and sold it to fund his other projects.* I have owned it for about 6 months, I haven't driven it because of the fuel line and power steering issues, I have had no time to work on it, I probably wont anytime soon, and I want the garage space back.* Runs rough, but previous owner drove it on highway for 30 minutes from his house to me with no issues.* Black interior is good condition* With Lars help I purchased a rebuildable QJet from ebay that is sitting in my garage that I have not sent to Lars for rebuild.* Has 2 uncommon but not useful options: hitch and rear defrost
