1971 Chevrolet C10 Pickup Orange RWD Automatic Cheyenne
1971 Chevrolet C10 Cheyenne
Vehicle DetailsThis 1971 Cheyenne C10, was a 1 owner vehicle before I purchased it. The owner was a Veteran Air Force jet pilot. The truck spent the majority of its life in New Mexico, later in Kansas, and finally in Nebraska. When looking at the spid sheet in the glove box, seeing the tinted glass, and air conditioning, were probably a must for New Mexico weather. It also has the 402 big block Chevy engine, and turbo 400 transmission. Indication on the transmission shows that it was rebuilt in 1997. The engine I am unsure of it’s rebuilt status, but it runs strong and does not smoke. Exterior wise the paint has been repainted once. Panels are all straight. The underside is very solid and rust /scale free. A few spots on the driver cab corner, show signs of some rust trying to happen. Small spot on the pseenger door bottom back corner, passenger front fender back bottom, and just below the passenger bedside tool box there is a rough spot. All would be very repairable, or could be left alone, and the truck can be enjoyed as is for decades to come. These pictures describe this survivor truck very well. Everything works as it should. It runs, drives, and stops fantastic. It was a driven, but well maintained truck that screams 1971. The only big option this truck doesn’t have is a factory tachometer. Fantastic representation of a fully loaded 1971 Cheyenne C10 big block truck. Cruise with the radio and ac on all summer long, or if you’re in the nicer weather parts of the country, all year long. Look over the pictures, check out the spid sheet information, and let me know if you have any questions on this awesome old relic.
