I bought this 1954 Chevy 1/2 ton 3100 truck a few years ago to use for advertising my business. This truck runs and drives but needs total restoration to make it a drive anywhere truck. This truck has a ton of patina and is original paint. The 235 6 cyl engine runs strong and starts right up. The 4 speed manual shift on the floor shifts good. The brakes stop the truck but you have to pump them up to get a good pedal. The windshield, rear glass, and driver door glass is good but the passenger glass has a crack in it. the windows go up and down but you have to help them. The doors open and shut but they sag a bit. The biggest stuff the truck needs is cosmetic issues. There is rust on the truck on the usual spots like cab corners, kick panels, small spots on the inner bed etc. I took a ton of pics and video so you can see what it is. The frame looks good. The interior is complete and the floors look solid. The seat is usable but the driver edge upholsteryis bad. I used a seat cover and was fine for what I used it for. The hub caps do not go with the truck. This has a clean title. I do not want to overcall it or under call it, watch the video and call me with questions. while not restored and needing some work body wise, this is a 1/2 ton short box that runs and drives and is a good start for a total restoration or leave the patina and clean up and take it to whatever level you want. 563 568 1186.
