1981 Chevrolet C-10

1981 Chevrolet C-10. We inherited this truck recently and do not have a shop or storage location. Low starting bid and NO RESERVE.
The truck runs, starts easy, steers, and the brakes work. We don't know much about the history of the truck. If I had a shop and time it would be a fun project! I haven't even blown it off or washed it. A little effort and this would be a fun weekend truck.
Good news - other than the right rear fender dent, the body is straight and rust free. Six cylinder starts right up, Three speed on the column, clutch moves truck and transmission has all gears, gauges work, 84k miles on odometer seems original, new fender from LMC Truck is only $250. A couple of the tires do have slow leaks.
Bad news - The salvage title (from the fender damage) still needs a brake and lamp inspection and since it hasn't been registered since 2015, there are $991 California dmv back fees... Condition is "Used" and since there are dmv back fees, I am selling it as a parts truck. IF someone wants to go through the hoops to register it, we will provide any documents needed from us and the executor.
