Up for auction is a beautiful one of a kind 1955 Bel Air two door hardtop. No expense was spared on this build, over $330,000 was spent building this one off custom. It was built by Carey's Classics in Burgin, Kentucky in 2009. It was the Centerfold in Chevy Classics Magazine in August of 2012. The Body was rust free to start with, that is always a good way to start out with any build!The body underwent extensive metal work to make way for the suicide doors, also several other subtle custom metal work touches like removing the trim and rib that runs down the fendersExterior Color is Twilight Amethyst, which is a very dark metallic purple, looks black at night.
Interior is fully custom with gray leather throughout, power windows, power seat, the trunk is fully finished out as well.
