Gen 5 LS L83 5.3 Engine has 16,000 mile, Howell efi harness and Howell efi dyno tune program (400hp).New 4L60 transmission with shift kit and TCI EZTCU controlle, fully programmable transmission (shift point, aggression etc.) will burn tires in 1st,2nd and 3rd, extreme burnouts. sideways when hit 2nd gear at half throttle.New currie ford 9" rear end housin, 3.89 positrack, new wilwood disc brakes on all wheels. New stainless brake lines and master cylinder. New QA1 rear suspension with adjustable panhar, adjustable trailing arms, adjustable pinion angle, dual adjustable coilovers, C-Notch can lower about 6" or more by moving bolts on QA1 system, can also go a few inches higher. holley frostbite radiator with dual fans and controller. transmission cooler with fan. drive by wire gas pedal. power brakes. power steering. engine is capable of on demand programming to run on 4 cylinders to save fuel. currently on demand and limits are deleted. under dash obd port and check engine light. can diagnose engine with code reader at any mechanic shop. Truck is in excellent mechanical condition, can drive it anywhere.
New boyd fuel tank with aeromotive in tank fuel pump to provide the correct required 75 psi to engin, where converted to 2000 psi for direct injection at engine.
CAB: all rusted parts were removed. Installed new cab corner, new rockers. New windshields front and back. one piece windows on doors. kendigit door handles. Drip rails removed. Upper window area of door has metal added to flatten the doors to match cab. New weatherstripping on doors
.Interior: Interior is painted and complete, except for an area behind seat is only covered in dynamat. Left it open to add a custom subwoofer box across the back.Vintage air AC(has a unit made for a 4 door car to ensure cooling in texas heat) Vintage air billet controller and billet ac vents.all custom dash see pictures. custom ipad das, navigation and music and internet when tethered to your cell phone or hotspot. ipad can convert to digital guages with wireless adapter plugged in to obd port(not included, purchase separately from others) Ipad is connected to a kenwood amplifier and to JL audio mids and one Pioneer flat 10" subwoofer. A separate mono amp can be added to increase subwoofer. this ipad setup is capable of running extremely large amps and woofers. (only limited by your imagination and space) Ipad holder has a small loc, insert key and remove ipad. Ipad charges while driving.
Custom center console is removable by 2 bolts. it currently has a lokar shift indicator and one selector switch. (switch is not connected at this time) the switch was going to be a push button shifter. This can be replaced to a maintained switch to select aggression mode on transmission (available one wire connection at tcu controller) or exhaust cut outs(not installed) or electric emergency brake(not installed) or add a second switch and use for power windows(not installed). these are ideas and suggestions not options or services included in this sale. windows are manual crank type. Seats have shoulder harness. Entire inside of cab is covered in dynamat sound deadening and heat shield.
Body: The fenders, inner fenders, radiator support, Bed sides, bed supports, Hood and tailgate were all purchased new. Look at pictures all body lines are very straight. Everything was aligned.
Body has a few coats of high build primer sprayed by body shop. touch up spots from can to protect as adjustments made. there is a ding in the front roll pan Happened in garage) there is a very small dent in driver fender (backing out of garage) Bed has marquez Design led billet taillights. Tailgate has Kendigit door handle with custom linkage to make it work. polished stainless access cover on inside of tailgate. tailgate covered with new steel skin to smooth and strengthen tailgate.
Front Body /Grille: The front grille is custom made, see pictures. Custom made grille and custom made chrome grill trim pieces, removable. Front roll pan welded in. Small ding in roll pan(happened garage) Hi beam /lo beam headlights/turn signal/ running light.
only known mechanical problems: power steering pump has a slight chirp/squeal because I hooked up the lines backwards. Will need to replace power steering pump to correct it. Its a minor sound. Power steering works.The existing temp gauge reads high, it was originally used with a chevy v8 at a lower temp. solution: new gauge or lower thermostat or sending unit. truck has a digital gauge in glove box reads correctly.
I've been working on this truck a long time. Built it to drive anywhere/daily driver. too busy to use i, want to sell. I dont have to sell. Just think someone else would get better use out of it. I have a lot of time and money investe, will probably regret selling. It runs excellent. Needs bed wood and a paint job. Thanks for looking
