So here's the tale;
Herb being almost 90 now was the auto mechanics teacher in Jacksonville Oregon back from many a moon ago and has ALWAYS been passionate about cars, builds, helping, learning, and educating others (including his boys) about maintain and keeping vehicles perfect, from build to driver!

His daily driver is NO JOKE a Ford from the 20's still! And a BMW ... We wont count that against him.. LOL...
This was his baby obviously and was brought in from a hilly billy race track running moon shine I think but seems legit:) since the trailer-ed day home (see pic) where it began its expedition back to what he calls the

"Easter Basket"

in its 3rd generation now...

Whats most important is that the truck is painted in his own process of perfection, hand built dash board (SOLID WOOD) ac vents custom welded in 1/8" circles to the tune of about 5 in the front glass area in a method un-matched today since it would be on a level of Chip Foose for his own driver and cost a 200k to build. And I'm just getting started here.
