Description:
1969 Chevrolet Camaro
For your consideration...1969 Camaro SS tribute. Incredibly done car, finshed in Lemans Blue with Medium blue interior. Let me start by saying that Everything on the car is new or oem equivelant when the build was completed on this original Texas car.It currently has a 434 Motown II cast iron Shafiroff engine with Brodix Aluminum heads, Comp Cam, serpentine pulleys from Front Runner and a vintage A/C compressor installed and topped with a Demon 950 Carb. This was all part of the Shafiroff built engine and came exactly that way down to the dyno sheet. (525 hp/ 510 ft torque @ 5,400 rpm, paperwork available, $12,270 engine alone). The car has a built to match Turbo 400 Automatic Trans 10' street reactor t.c. ($678) and fresh rebuilt rear end down to the gears. Ron Davis Aluminum radiator with electric cooling fans, complete MSD iginition, Unisteer Rack and pinion steering ($1,300), power disc brakes front and drums rear also all new down to the lines, master cylinder and shoes. New stainless 2.25 exhaust front to back with flowmaster mufflers, and Thorley headers. Factory 15x7 ralleys with new trim rings, center caps and New BFG raised white letters all the way around. The body was completely stripped, primed, blocked and and shot in base / clear with striping under the clear as well (car is a brighter Lemans Blue and pictures don't do it justice). Cowl induction hood non functional. The body and gaps are very very nice and shut and open like new. The paint is a solid 9 overall. Badging and trim are new except drip rail mouldings and rear bumper. All rubber seals around windows, felts, trunk seals, windshield,.. all new.Interior is new top to bottom, front to back. Seat covers, carpet, headliner, door cards, seal plates, console, shifter, kick panels, dyna mat, dash pad. ($3,000 installed) Pro Comp gauge set complete ($1,200) with everything down to speedometer (needs calibration), All New. Miles are exempt due to year. Estimate only on miles since completionThe car was completed for the most part a few years ago, but has had no outside exposure and not many miles.I really can't say anything else about the car except there are no disappointments.
